A Bit About Me
I am a Master of Social Work (MSW) intern who values emotional safety, connection, and the steady, meaningful work of healing. I approach my work with warmth, curiosity, and deep respect for each person’s lived experience. My background includes case management, community education, and work within healthcare systems, which has shaped a trauma-informed and client-centered perspective. I believe healing is nurtured in spaces where people feel seen, supported, and safe to show up exactly as they are. I view healing as a collaborative and intentional process. As an MSW intern, I am honored to walk alongside clients as they deepen self-awareness, strengthen resilience, and move toward greater wholeness at their own pace.
Outside of my professional work, I enjoy reading, traveling, listening to music, dancing, and hosting game nights with family and friends. Laughter, snacks, and a bit of friendly competition are always encouraged! I value joy, connection, and not taking myself too seriously; I believe these moments help create balance, presence, and authenticity in both life and work. If there is a playlist playing or a game board nearby, chances are I am fully at home.
