My Story

I believe every person holds the power to heal, grow, and live out their boldest dreams. Life’s challenges and trauma can block that potential.  I offer transformational and practical tools to help individuals overcome mental health struggles and awaken to abundant fulfillment.

As a thriver, I’ve moved beyond immense adversity and guide others to do the same. With over two decades of experience across private practice, government, and global consulting, I support NFL athletes, entertainers, healthcare providers, spiritual leaders, executives, military, mothers and fathers, and government leaders to navigate of life regardless of what it brings.

As an EMDR-trained, decolonized, culturally responsive therapist, I integrate holistic and evidence-based approaches including CBT, DBT, CPT, IFS, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness. We are free to discuss how we can incorporate spiritually grounded, esoteric, and astrology based practices as well!

Rooted in social justice, I engage in advocacy through education, training, and collaborative partnerships. I’m honored to support people across racial, ethnic, gender, and identity spectrums, including the LGBTQIA+ community.  I am also kink, nonmonogamy, and BDSM aligned.

Since 2004, I’ve journeyed with  countless people to support them to rediscover hope. If you’re feeling drawn to this space, I’m here to walk with you.

Fun fact: I’m a mom of four, a self proclaimed fashion therapist, a lover of music, vintage finds (furniture and clothing), and all things metaphysical. If I weren’t a therapist, I’d be in law or fashion!
